A Long Long Entry.. pls bear with it..
Dear all, i'm back from phuket!! keke.. and as i've promised, i'll update my blog from where i last stopped.. tat wil be e last day of DEC...
I think it had been a long long time since we 4 sister gather ard at home to celebrate Christmas or New Yr already.. cos as we grew older, we each hv our own grp of friends n so, usually we celebrate with them instead with our family.. it's rather sad right? keke.. i'm not saying that celebrate with frens is not gd.. but sometimes i will think that when i'm enjoying outside, wat are e rest of my faily members doing, eg my parents, youngest sister etc.. therefore, we are doing something dif this yr.. I was e one who came up with e idea of celebrating New Yr day at home.. n i was really glad that they (my siblings and their boyfrens) all supported me.. We were thinking of getting pizza delivery or sushi.. but then again, we felt that steamboat is e best, cos everyone be eating together at e table.. so we decided to hv a steamboat.. On e day itself, my sis Ting, my baobei n myself went to Marsiling to get e ingredients.. it was fun shopping for ingredients.. lol.. bought quite alot of stuff n then in e end we gotta take a cab back.. n the rest was history... lol... We had a very enjoyable meals, lots of laughters n chit chat.. it was nice to hv everyone ard.. really enjoyed it.. n we watched VCD together after dinner.. n b4 e clock strike 12mn, we all had a drink.. lol.. finally my Volka Vanilla had business already.. lol... n then it was New YEAR!!! Happy 2006!!!

Today is not oni e 1st day of 2006! it's also my uncle alan's big day.. Yes!! Uncle alan is getting married today.. kekeke.. We went together to grandma's place at abt 8plus in the morning.. n then we waited for e bride n bridegroom to arrive n finally they arrived.. n e rest is history.. lol...i'll upload e pics soon.. later part was e dinner.. it was held at CONRAD.. heard that it was a5Star hotel.. lol.. before attending this wedding dinner at conrad.. e best wedding dinner i ever had was at One Fullerton.. cos e service to me was already very gd as they will change ur plate after every dish.. but then.. right now, e best wedding dinner i ever had was my uncle alan's wedding dinner at CONRAD!!! e place was nicely decorated n then e service was simply great to e extend that i dunno how to describe.. unlike other dinner that i went to, Conrad had a waitress or waiter designated to each n every table permanently for e whold event.. aha.. our table was just behind e RED table.. keke.. see how impt we are?? lol... Anyway, our server was a little gal whom i forgot her name.. keke.. n though most of the server are young, they are very experience, unlike some which i had seen at other dinner, these are one of e best lot i've seen.. cos they were very professional.. The server will bring every dish to our table n introduce to us the dish.. i.e e name n what it consist of etc.. then they will seek our permission to take e dish to e side table to be serve to us in our own plates.. Erm.. i also dunno how to explain. .all i knew was unlike others wedding dinner tat i went to last time which i had to take my own food.. This one here at Conrad was all nicely serve lor.. all i did tat night was wait for them to be serve right in front of me n i just take e chopstick n eat.. Another thing was that hv any one of u actually went to a wedding dinner n actually felt full after e 2nd dish which was e sharks fins?? lol.. this time rd, bb n myself actually felt abit full after eating our shark fins lor.. Usually e shark fins is serve in a big bowl right? then e server will then scoop equally into e bowls de right? but here hor... lol... e shark fins was serve in individual small pots lor.. erm.. chinese they call it "zhong" as in "yi zhong yu chi".. wah... it's really full of shark fins n crab meats with scallops all tat lor.. kaoz.. now i finally understand y 1 table cost ard 1200 liao.. lol.. but seriously it's worth e price.. lol... after dinner, ting, her bf, bb n myself took a cab back as my parents together with my 2 younger sibling took may's bf 's car back.. after that, bb had a wash up at my place then he went home.. it was already way past midnight already.. but bo bian, bb gotta work tml...
Recently, there's this makan king show on i dunno ch U or ch 8 on friday.. aha.. i've been watching it for e past 3 episode.. n out of e 3 episode, i've been to 2 of the places they recommended in 2 of the episode.. e 1st was e OA bakery at killiney road i think.. it serve some cheap n nice jap food.. e 2nd one was e Tang Shui Cafe at Zion road.. it's actually just besides e Zion hawker center.. e Tang Shui Cafe is actually quite a nice place to hang out.. i've been there 3 times since i saw e recommendations on 6th jan i think.. lol.. If can, u pple might want to try it out sometimes.. My sis ting, her bf n myself went gila after watching tat particular episode on 6th jan that we actually took a cab down right after e show ended.. n well, we enjoyed it as it was really great.. they served over 300 types of food ranging from chinese, western, korean, desserts etc etc.. really not a bad place.. n e best thing was that it's opened daily from 12pm right up to 5am!!! so those night owls can drop by there sometimes too.. Waiting for a day to go there with BB, cos tat day when we went, it was raining so heavily n the place was so crowded so we end up eating at Zion hawker center followed by Fins at marina square n then went to e streets hawkers at esplanade.. lol...
9th - 11th
Celebrated my 25th birthday at Fountain View Chalet with my family, frens n loved ones.. Was rather happy with e turn out though there are some last minute cases whereby some of the invited guest did not turn out.. but overall e response was great!!! The first day was more like a family gathering for both bb n my family.. it was a family thing.. lol. no frens were invited tat day.. we had bbq and we chit chatted.. but oni my family stay overnight.. Gotta tks Dicky for e huge teddy bear.. keke.. ya.. bb did stay with me throughout e whole chalet, he helped me alot alot.. keke.. i noe i was rather demanding at times during e chalet, cos keke.. i very sotong mah, then scare cannot get things done in time, but lucky i got my bb to help me.. keke.. from e marinating of chicken wings to starting of e fire to bbqing.. bb did most of them.. keke.. of cos other than bb, my siblings did helped too, n not forgeting shi wee n dicky for bbqing lots of food for both our family too.. A BIG BIG BIG thank you to all of u...
Day 2 was a frens n colleagues thingy.. keke.. but in e late noon, i got a surprise visit from my grandma n my uncle alex's family.. keke so we started bbqing rather early tat day.. then frens started arriving at ard 6plus.. keke.. i was still wondering if anyone will turn up cos it was raining.. luckily i was not being disappointed.. e ex instructors from BMTC VIPER were great.. i think they enjoyed themselves n they volunteer to bbq for us.. keke.. really a nice bunch of guys.. Thanks so much Ronald n gf, Yeo, Fun n Ah Long!! Next was my PC 2WO Terrenze.. Sir, tks for dropping by with ur lovely wife n 2 adorable kids.. keke.. really appreciate it.. Next to arrive was Tracy with her bf.. keke.. think she missed my pasta alot.. cos she ate quite alot of pasta tat night.. kekeke.. then it was my dear cacat fren Malar.. lol.. just having her ard put a smile on my face.. We ate, chatted n sabo ed one another.. it was so much fun... This was oni group 1 of e guest for this evening.. they left at ard 10pm n e whole chalet was left with baobei n myself.. we were now expecting e 2nd group of tonight guest... they were my colleagues from camp.. we waited n waited n finally they arrived.. keke.. there's MR CK, my Lao da James with his gf (fang fang, whom is one of my dearest fren too), Weilong, Andy.. as i had expected.. both Ck n James took e Xbox controller n played winning eleven throughout e night.. while Weilong was busy eating eating n eating.. Mr Andy was busy reading his comics n his Nitendo DS n fang was there looking at them.. lol.. Mr Ryan arrive after midnight.. Then we had some cards games like UNO and Heart Attack... n boy.. i kena hit e most n my hands were all red lor..
n than... finally it was time to go phuket!!! lol... yes yes yes.. been waiting for this day for quite long le.. keke... stayed overnight at BB's place as our flight is at 7am.. left his place at ard 5am n reah e airport at ard 5.30am.. after checking in, we shared a big bkfast at mac.. then proceed to e waiting area... lol.. wah.. this time rd, e kong jie quite pretty leh, better that e jetstar n valuair one.. lol.. e flight was great.. it took oni 1h 30min n there we reached phuket.. lol.. e airport was so small lor.. think it's oni 1/10 of our changi airport leh.. then we took a cab to e famous patong beach n to our hotel Banmanburi.. Our room was not ready yet so we were advised that we will hv to check in later.. e staff there were very friendly n we dun really mind at all, they serve us drink n told us to leave our luggauge with them.. they even told us we could bath n change if we want to, they will arrange for us as long as we tell them... really very gd service lor.. in e end, we decided to make a trip to phuket town.. kekeke.. but there was nth much to shop there also... n then i realised i prefered shopping in Hong Kong than be in Phuket... lol... hmm... But nevertheless, i've been there... maybe i'm not used to such a relax lifestyle ba... lol.. rest of e trip were spent strolling at e beach, watching sunset, swimming, jacuzi, eating n more eating... lol... got a little bit of tanned n my skin is peeling off abit now.. lol.. hmm... wel.. think i wont be going back to phuket in e near future.. keke.. but then, e trip was an enjoyable one cos i'm with my dearest baobei mah.. keke...
YESSS!!! finally completed my entry already.. lol.. actually hv been typing it since morning.. but after 1 paragraph, my grandma called n ask me to accompany her out.. keke.. n so i stopped.. n by the time i'm home, it's already 8plus.. so i half type n half watch tv n then now... it's finally finish... n e time i've completed it now was 2201H.. lol...
